Thank you for your interest in Faith Community Academy. Our program offers smaller class sizes with individualized attention. All classes – academic, art and music – are taught from a Biblical perspective.

1. Download, complete and return the Application Form with the application fee or fill out the online form

2. Download, complete and return the Health Form

3. Download the Parent Handbook and return with both parent’s signature

ENROLLMENT

IMPORTANT

1. Read the (1.) Announcement of 2025 – 2026 Registration and Tuition and the (2.)
Parent/Student Handbook for School year 2025 – 2026. Sign page 7 to indicate compliance.
2. Complete Registration pages 7 through 15.
3. Include a check for all registration fees of $225 per child.
4. Return completed Registration (pages 7-15) AND a check for all registration fees payable to FCAE to
FCAE, PO BOX 280, Rockville, VA 23146

NOTE

December 13, 2024 registration opens BY PAPER for FCAE families and for FCA rising first-graders; $225 non-refundable registration fee per child required to secure enrollment spot. Registration to other groups will open January 6, 2025. To secure your first-chance enrollment spot(s), be certain to return your completed, signed paperwork AND a check for ALL registration fees by January 6, 2025. Return by mail to the above address or in-person to Director Gailey.
