Kindergarten

Our Kindergarten program includes the same Biblical and secular themes we use in preschool with the addition of more structured academics to teach Math and Language Arts. We cover all of the Virginia SOLs so that your child is prepared to thrive in 1st grade in any school setting of your choice. 

We use the Abeka program, as it is a program that has been around for almost 50  years, while adding in additional resources to enhance learning. Our Kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Taylor has over 20 years of experience teaching Kindergarten in a Christian school setting.

Learning should be fun and students should look forward to exciting activities each day, so our Kindergarten students will participate in the monthly extra-curricular activities along with our younger students.
